Put down your shoes…

::Whatever stories you’re telling yourself about what you NEED to do to get fit & healthy, I highly recommend questioning ALL of it!!::


* My little feet have not seen the inside of a shoe in over 2 weeks!
* My arms have not lifted a single weight in over 2 weeks.

But I’m sore, I’m sweating, and I’m loving every minute of it. There’s something to be said about using your OWN body to get fit!!

I started a program called PiYo about 2 weeks ago, and I am in LOVE with it!! Think Yoga & Pilates, but ramped up and totally fun!!
