How about I tell you a little bit about myself and how I got into this world of health and fitness.
I grew up dancing, it was a great love of mine all the way through college. Then I graduated college and life took over. I moved into my first home with my then boyfriend, now husband, and I ate! I ate my way to about 20 pounds heavier than when I graduated. Here I am ↓ …….
From about 2004 to 2014 I struggled with my weight and my food habits. I was obsessed with the gym, but I never really saw the results I was so desperately hoping for. We ate pasta with french bread for dinner and I wouldn’t even think of touching a piece of Broccoli. YUCK!! 😉
Then in May of 2014 my best friend introduced me to The 21 Day Fix and I have never looked back. You will never see me in a gym pounding away on a treadmill and if you see me eating french bread I must be in Paris living it up!! 🙂
My life has been forever changed and I am deeply grateful for the things I have learned. I just want to shout it from the rooftops and share it with all of you. Fitness and nutrition DO NOT have to be scary, they don’t have to be intimidating and they most certainly should not make you feel less than!!!
I have found my calling as a health and fitness coach and helping others has become my passion in life!
